We know there can be a lot of confusion surrounding care for hearing loss and pricing for hearing aids and services. We desire to be as transparent as possible and have outlined our pricing details below.

When trusting us regarding the hearing aid selection process, the device(s) component of your plan including style, power, and technology tier, will be selected for you by your provider and be presented as a professional recommendation reflecting the best current market pricing that our office can obtain for you!

Hearing Aid Pricing: (assumes two hearing aids)

Care with industry current Top-tier technology: $4,373

Option B: $3,175 (previous generation top-tier)

Bargain Option: $2,475 (previous generation mid-tier)

All Brands Available: Oticon, Phonak, Resound, Signia, Starkey, Unitron, Widex

All of our Hearing Aids include our thorough 4-Part Initial Onboarding schedule of care & a three-year manufacturer’s warranty:

Initial Onboarding Package:

• The “drive it off the lot” FITTING- initial orientation and prescriptive programming of devices verified with real-ear measurements

  • Prescriptive programming known as Real Ear Measures or Live Speech Mapping (REM/LSM) to make sure we are achieving the correct prescription for your hearing loss (which involves how the hearing aids fit in each ear canal)

  • A very special resource, Empire's Handbook for Success, authored and designed by Dr. Worley as a rehabilitative guide for the individuals/families in our care as well as a free gift (typically an at-home earwax removal kit or earplugs)!

• 2-week “tune-up” (first check in after real life listening)

• 1-month “powertrain” validation (aided/unaided testing back in the booth)

• 3-month “gauge” and graduation (sometimes this visit holds a surprise!)

Service Extensions:

Unique to our office are the options of a 3- year hearing aid maintenance package ($375), an unlimited services 3-year extended plan ($964), or even a 5-year extended care plan ($1,965) that provides a FREE replacement of your devices in the first three years and unlocks BIG future savings on care in the future.

Custom Earmolds, Connection Accessories, or Listening Therapy may be recommended for you as well.

Other Plans:

Other specialty programs such as Insurance/Vocational Rehabilitation/Refurbished hearing aid offers/ Workman’s Comp/VA Community Care Network will have different pricing structures, potentially no cost to you, and we will help you navigate your options.

Other Pricing Details:

If your insurance company provides coverage for the services desired, we can file a claim upon request, otherwise, payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Cash/Check payments gladly accepted.

Credit/debit processing available with a 4% processing charge.

Expect these charges outside of a service plan. Typically, these are services that insurances do not assist with, however, if you are within a service plan, these services are available to you at no extra charge!

~Custom Ear Impressions- $37.50 (one), $56.25 (two), includes shipping box

~Hearing Aid Programming Session - $125 (30 mins)

~In-House Repair Processing Fee w/programming visit- $146.25 (1 or 2 hearing aids, even when in-warranty with manufacturer, covers sending and receiving procedures as well as programming upon return)

~In-House Repair Processing Fee- $37.50 (1 or 2 hearing aids, even when in-warranty with manufacturer, covers sending and receiving procedures)

~*Loaner Devices- $125 (1 or 2 hearing aids to use while yours are out for repair)*

~*Loss & Damage Deductible- $350 each hearing aid while under warranty*

~Receiver Replacement Service- $56.25 each

~Receiver Replacement Service out of warranty- $131.25

~Prescription Matching Programming (Real Ear Measures/Live Speech Mapping), includes a follow-up visit within one month- $275

~Professional Hearing Aid Cleaning (includes new domes, filters, retention lines, cleaned microphone ports, and Redux drying)- $56.25 (one), $75 (two)

~Redux Drying Session (Any two of your ear worn devices!)- $25

~Repeat Hearing Testing- $112.50+ (without insurance)

This menu may not be comprehensive. Any service not listed will be charged at a rate of $18.75 per 5 minutes. 15-minute minimum with our Audiologist.
